Our warranty and replacement policy is hassle free ... it doesn't matter how you broken your rod!
Please note that international purchases are covered by each region with a 1-year only manufacturers defects warranty, from $100 replacement fee!
NO QUESTIONS ASKED
We understand things happen that are out of your control, most other rod companies do not replace rods that were broken accidentally and that’s where we are different! Our replacement policy is HASSLE FREE.
Unfortunately this only applies to the orginal owner of the rod, proof of purchase is required no exceptions. Please note these fees apply to all rods as we would have to ship the rods back to the USA for the claim. All fees will be calculated at the current exchange rate on the day of submitting your claim.
HOW TO FILE FOR YOUR 1 YEAR WARRENTY REPLACEMENT

Please complete the Warranty Claim form below

The rod would need to be shipped back to us (an email will be sent out to you)

Once we recieve your rod we will assess the breakage and submit the rod for a warranty claim

Once we receive the rod, we will process an invoice for the replacement cost according to the pricing below for the appropriate line of rods. We will email your invoice to you at the email address provided in your warranty claim form below

Once your replacement cost is paid, we will ship you a brand new rod

REPLACEMENT COST
Rod replacement fee = $100.00 on the day of the claim at the current exchange rate.
